Let's work together to make this a wonderful place to live, study, and grow. • La Fabrica &Co is an accommodation exclusively for students, by reserving you agree to provide student proof in order to confirm the reservation. • The Resident agrees to maintain the facilities in a clean and well-maintained condition. • The room is for personal use only and cannot be transferred. The Resident may not sublet or transfer the room, nor any rights or obligations included in this Contract. • The Resident must allow entry to the room for personnel designated by the Owner. • Personal electronic devices (such as radiators, heaters, refrigerators, or any other types of devices) are not permitted in the building. • It is prohibited to place or throw objects or substances out of windows, balconies, terraces, or the rooftop. • External antennas are not allowed to be installed. • Laundry cannot be hung in these parts of the building. • Dangerous behaviors such as hanging from or jumping off any of the aforementioned elements are prohibited. • Excessive noise and any activities that could disturb the peace of other occupants are prohibited. • Guests must register at the reception. • Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises. • The consumption, possession, entry, and sale of drugs are prohibited • It is prohibited to smoke in the rooms • Have in mind that every room has an inventory which has to be returned exactly as given in the check in • Any damage to the physical condition or to the inventory would be penalized through the platform.
